5 Perfect and Exactly What We Wanted

I ordered this item for my parents' anniversary and wanted a particular inscription. Bridgewater was temporarily out of the jade-colored heart, which I needed quickly, so John called me directly, we talked through the inscription, and we agreed upon a slightly larger, non-colored heart that worked beautifully. It arrived in time for our event and was a big hit. I very much appreciate the personal touch and timely fulfillment of our order.
